These boots are NOT LIGHTWEIGHT!!! Look at the reviews at timberland.com complaining of the weight issue. I tried them on even before this and found them to be too heavy. I think the problem lies in the soles. I also think they should sell a composite toes version. I was not too pleased with how ridiculously thick the soles were. I just got the resistor comp toes today and am pleased. they are much lighter.
dose anyone else think that the timberland pros look ugly AF. IN my opinion the originals are a million times better.
Are the pro or original better?
Having worn the pittbosses for 4 years, i was a bit reluctant about this boot. When i finally got them and wore them i found myself wondering why didn`t i buy them at first… These are incredible boots. Very lightweight (versus pittboss) incredibly comfortable, great cushioning and good job in keeping my feet warm. Great thinsulation and waterproofness. I bought them in 11M, when my pittbosses where 10M. 11M is my actual size and when i bought pittbosses at 10M i was a bit surprised. Enough room for my toes and minimum time (7 days) for breaking them in. But you can wear them and work out-of-the-box without any problem whatsoever. Highly recomended guys and i am very happy i bought them over pittboss.
The only thing now is if they will last, as my pittbosses lasted, for 4 years!
Im thinking about ordering these off my phone size 11 but theres a size 11m and 11w. What is the difference?
One of the best boots you can buy, you can't go wrong with them. Nice review.
these are the best simple efficient design, 6 or 8 inch design. I hope Timberland doesn't change this design, if they do I'll never buy into it.
