  2. Rambler is not construction boots. They're good for light work. Caterpillar revolver and Ariat Groundbreaker round toe are better for construction. Revolver lasted over 2 years with heavy construction work wet and dry.

  3. They are cheap..and china..but..the buffalino slip-on work boot is light.steel toe and the most comfortable boot I've ever had..and I've worn alot on the farm in the shop…i dont care if they don't last forever..they are comfortable

  4. I'm sorry, did you say Sketchers? .. and nothing from actual red wing? I know Irish setters are a division of red wing. Red wing still makes the best pull-on work boots on the planet.
Sketchers makes trendy nonspecific shoes that look like they have a purpose. The best purpose I've ever had for them has been as material in a land fill somewhere. I wish I would have skipped the 3 to 5 months of use I got out of my last pair before the soles peeled off from toe to heel , cause the toe to dangle then stick and trip me as I was taking a step forward while carrying my disabled son out of the shower to his room.. I dropped my son and fell on top of him without my arms to block either of us from full force collision.. also slamming my battered (from surgeries and years of abuse in heavy construction and being a combat vet soldier before that) knees. I had no idea what happened. the sole didn't sperate in that way when I walked at my normal gate. Next day, I'm pulling into a parking space at the bank, I'm creeping to the tip of the stall, getting close to the pole in front of me, I move my right foot from the accelerator pedal to the brake pedal. The tip of the sole was still partly on the accelerator while I was applying pressure to the brakes.. that pressure also transferred over to the accelerator. The harder I pressed on the brake, the more I pressed on the accelerator. I ran into that pole in slow motion and had no idea WTF why. I creased my bumper and it folded out like a pocket knife . I was also lined up with my oil cooler. so that was punctured as well, causing oil to leak all over the parking lot.

That particular pair of Skechers cost me exponentially more than they were worth. I can't believe their quality control is much better for these supposed work boots.
I question the validity of this video. How many other boots did you review? What was your source for providing them?.. are you just doing shill work for all the boots in this video? .. was it a matter of whoever sent you free boots got to be on your list of best boots?
