As we laced up the Wolverine Floorhand Welly 10″ Soft Toe work boots for the first time, we were more curious than convinced. On paper, they promise waterproof protection, slip resistance, and all‑day comfort-claims we’ve heard from countless boots before. Out on the jobsite, though, the Floorhand Welly quickly started to justify its place in our gear lineup. The tall, welly-style shaft kept out mud and standing water, while the soft toe gave us a welcome break from the weight of traditional safety boots. We pushed them through wet concrete, slick ladders, and long shifts on unforgiving surfaces to see where they’d bend and where they’d break.
