When we first laced up the BRUNT Marin Unlined Comp Toe boots, we were more curious than convinced. On paper, these 6-inch wedge work boots promise a lot: lightweight composite safety toe, EH rating, slip and oil resistance, and an adjustable width system that sounds almost too clever for a workday grind. Out on the job, though, is where they have to earn their keep. We put them through long shifts on concrete, slick shop floors, and gravel lots to see if they could balance protection with comfort.
